The business aims to provide an approach to massage therapy that focuses on alleviating the physical pains and discomforts that are brought about by stress on the mind, emotions, and activities of daily living. The goal is to help “re-set” the central nervous system so that an individual can function physically and mentally from a more optimal, balanced place.

I’m happy you’re here! I have been licensed in massage therapy since 2011. In 2015, I began my private practice, Commonwealth Massage Therapy, LLC here in Charlottesville, Virginia.
I may not be able to remove the stressors from your life, but my goal is to help you conquer them with a more balanced mind and body.

Monday-Thursday 11:15am to 6:30pm
Friday 11:15am to 2:30pm
Closed Saturday & every other Sunday (12noon to 4pm, returning clients only)
