I'm Excited to Introduce Vagaro!

The new online booking software is now up and running for you to access!

Thank you for your patience while I switched from MassageBook to the Vagaro scheduling system!

At this point, each of you has received a welcome email from Vagaro prompting you to create a password and activate your account.
If you already had an appointment booked in MassageBook, you should have also received an email confirming the same appointment that has now been transferred to the Vagaro system.
Members within the same family may have received an email connecting your accounts.  If you wish to add or reverse this feature, kindly let me know and I'm happy to assist.

Important Information Moving Forward


  • Download the Vagaro mobile app!
    • Visit the app store on your tablet or cell phone and search for "Vagaro."
      • You may also see an app called "Vagaro Pro" - that app is for business operators such as myself.
    • New feature: Check-in for your appointment from your car!
      • Use the app to alert me that you have arrived for your massage.  This is especially important for those who arrive more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
        • Not having a lobby means there is nowhere for you to wait indoors if I still need time to get the office cleaned and ready for you.
      • If you prefer not to download the app, I ask that you still send a text to 434-218-0248 if you arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
    • New feature: Appointment waitlist
      • You are now able to add yourself to an official waitlist for specific days or times in case I have a cancellation.
  • Benefits of Vagaro

    • Add a credit/debit card on file for easy checkout online and in-office
    • Confirm appointments

  • Prepaid  massages and purchased gift certificates from MassageBook
    • If you prepaid for a session or purchased a package in MassageBook, you will now see store credit points added to your Vagaro account in the exact dollar amount to cover those sessions.  This is what I will use when checking you out after your massage.
      • Example: If you purchased a package of 3 one-hour sessions in MassageBook and had 2 sessions remaining prior to my switch in softwares, you will have 180 points in your Vagaro account ($90 x 2)
      • When in doubt, always select the pay-in-person option for your appointments rather than try to figure it out on your own.  I'm happy to walk you through how-to in person!
    • Gift Certificates purchased from MassageBook have codes that will not automatically work in the Vagaro system.  When looking to redeem one of those gifts, please bring the code with you to your appointment so that I may activate it manually.  Or, email me ahead of time.
      • Again, when in doubt, select pay-in-person (the system will still request a card on file as backup) for your appointment.
  • Reduced Rates
    • Students, Educators (K-12), First Responders (police, fire, EMT), Military, and Region Ten employees are eligible for $10 each service!
      • Use the specific code at check-out or when pre-paying for a service or package:
        • single session:  SPECIAL10
        • package of 3:  3SPECIAL10
        • package of 5:  5SPECIAL10

These next few months are often the busiest time of year for me, so book early!  You may notice that I am already booked for the next couple weeks.
